Mallerou.
Dr Malerou is the pioneer in the coaching industry of Greece and
over the last 20 years has been one of the key contributor in
shaping the industry.
She's a best selling author, International speaker, an award
winning Master Coach and in 2020 was awarded by the World Economic
Forum by receiving the “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for
All”.
During the episode she shares her journey from the movie industry
to having a mental breakdown and getting into the coaching
industry. She discusses the importance of freedom and the price one
is willing to pay for it.
Dr. Mallerou emphasizes the need for hard work and perseverance in
building a successful business. She also highlights the
significance of mental and spiritual well-being, connection with
others, and taking care of oneself.
She also shares her journey of creating the Nama Tribe and the
meaning behind the name and finding your center, financial
well-being living a life worth living, the concept of esocentrism,
taking care of yourself first, and the benefit of being
esocentric.
